The purpose of this study is to explore healthcare provider perspectives and clinical practices related to kratom use. If you agree to participate, you will complete an online survey that takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Participation is voluntary. You may stop the survey at any time without penalty; however, once stopped, it cannot be restarted. To participate, you must be 18 years or older, able to read English, and currently working as a healthcare provider in the United States.
