Suspected Overdose Deaths

There were 177 suspected overdose deaths in October 2025 compared to 249 in October 2024.

There were 94 fentanyl-positive deaths in September 2025 compared to 137 in September 2024. Please note that due to the time needed to finalize toxicology results, this report is one month behind the other reports shared in this update.
